Not sure the old headers will be able to be saved, they are very rusted and are outfitted with a bunch of polution control B.S......

PC takes from HP ;)

the wire harness must be trimmed. and a custom Dash is in order. The wired system and 80mph speedo will just not work. I'm thinking Stainless and a new gauge cluster is going to look good.

The last of the motor parts are in, Rings and Rear main, I will now <with DUtch and Ace as there time permits> get the bottem rolling assembly together on the 355. We must set in the new block soon to make my personal deadline ;)

We spent most of the weekend working on our bedroom, i had to sheetrock , prime and paint, we are getting new carpets in on tuesday. so this was a 2 hour windows i had. took me an hour to get the god forsaken polution control off the freaking car!

I think it's comming out well. nd on time. however i think we are in for a bitch of a time with the wiring. so much is not needed!

4 wires baby! 4 wires.

Take a look at Painless Wiring harnesses in Jegs or Summit. It might be worth it to get one and rewire everything.

O.k..the Car was worked on yesterday, for most of the day ;) i was planning on having the engine in however a wrong spined B&M stopped that real fast. for some reason the Firebird has a 30 spline trans instead of the standard 86 27 splin :confused2:

ohh well, the motor is together and ready to go, timing, heads, robs, everything is ready to go, heres some pics.
