The stang has 4.11's without overdrive ouch. 45mph top cruising speed.its funny cuse everyone tells me to go with the 4.10 or the 3.90's but because i do alot of highway and city driveing mostly for enjoyment and spanking the ocasional cocky import owner i decided to go with the 3.73's for several reasons..1 is i have a 5 speed manual 2 the 3.73s are better on gas then 4.10 or 3.90 maybe not by a whole lot but at the same time to much gear is not good if you dont have a better then stock motor and pretty much everything "other then pullies and the intake from filter to plenum is stock" and 3 seeing that im staying naturaly asperated i thought id stick with the 3.73s but had i gone with a procharger psc1 with say 12 pounds of boost i would have either went with the 3.55s or had i gone with a twinscrew setup id have gotten then 4.10s |
