Not practical, too radical of an idea...I dunno...i'm not saying that this car is I am just saying that those could be reasons that car companies do that.
It could use a new set of rims...heh

Man, the front view sure looks pissed off! 
It's certainly a better looking concept than what they ended up making the Magnacharger as.

Khy, is that car a concept from the mid 90s? judging by the lines and rims it looks like it is. If it isnt then shame on them for making a hideous car.

it was about mid 90's, you have to take into consideration the Charger Concept was built as a 99. figure a few years of figuring things out... so I would say yes, mid to early 90's
