Okay , pulled the engine back out and brought it over to a freinds house.
she's getting torn down hot tanked and boared .030. hopefully if i can afford it she'll get some nice aluminum heads. but if not i'll stick with putting new guts in her. new crank , pistons , rods and camshaft , of the HP flavor.....with a tri power setup hopefully it moves the old 56 nicely!

Quickie update 'cause i'm fucking pumped about it......I just picked up a really nice pair of fenders and a hood for the ol girl.......$75!!!!!!!

Re: 8 YEAR OLD PROJECT GAINING NEW GROUND. update..... got the body off the frame , need to get the vette frame home and start fabbing and swapping the parts.....anyone got a rotisserie ? lol . safety note... make sure when using a heavy duty come along that the ratchet catches before you let go of the handle. I took a massive shot to the forehead lastnight...got a good knot on the head from it
