umm, dude. this is far from a GM board. I'm a mopar guy, We have an Admin thats a bike guy, one thats a GM guy, and a few others. So I don't understand what you mean?

no, but may be able to get ahold of the owners name and address. These are posted on other boards as well, not just here. I work for a police department now. I can run any plate I see if I want too. there are a lot of people able to do that.
