Hood raised up about 4 inches higher than normal from the explosion and settled back down. No fire though. Watched Viper with the window sticker still in it snap the rear end out too. Light colored paint then take an oxy/ceteline torch at low output sooty. make cool looking soot marks on it and then clear over it. I've seen pics of others who have done this and if done right it looks cool.

I bet the hardest part in making it look good is actually getting the clear to stick to the soot without lifting. _________________
