Depending of course how these job interviews go...

I had some time to kill today so I stopped by New Country to take a closer look at the new GTO. All I can say is Holy Shit!!! What a car. LS-1 6 speed. 350 hp. Full power/leather interior. 8 speaker Blaupunkt stereo. With the doors closed you can't even hear it run, but from outside it's got one of the best sounding stock exhausts that I've heard. Fully independant suspension. Traction control. 12" rotors. And from what I've been able to find on the web, it out-corners the Firebird/Camaro's, and can nearly hang with the Corvette. The one I saw was what they call "Phantom Black" Basically a high gloss with a little flake in it. Essentially a mirror. Some people think it looks boring, and maybe it does. But honestly I'd rather have a car that doesn't look fast and is, over one that's all show and no go.

Obviously I'm not going to be getting one soon, but when the money's there I know where I'm putting it. Plus I want to wait for the 05 models. They get the LS-2 which is putting out 400 hp.
