Nice.. I built one myself about the same size . The last one that will be built bigger than 24x24 in the village of colonie. They say I ruined it for everone. ....Yea right.

They gave me a hard time, and I got educated, and gave it back to them.
They told me I couldn't do it, until I paid for a copy of the rules. Then it was ok, then they kept walking onto my property, and I told them to stay off... They didn't like that. Every step of the way, they were waiting me to screw something up.
After I set them straight, it was fine. My lot is only 75 x 150. Garage is 26d x 30 w.(I think )
2 tier deck, shed , pool. There wasn't much green space.. Now I have a 12 x 24 pop-up garage next to it. That's my shed now.

Are you gonna sheet rock that or do something else on the walls?

I will when the time comes. insulation and sheetrock are on the plans, but it may have to wait until next year. I have power and finished up the doors. I still have a bit more work to do but it's about 90% done.

The only thing I do not like about sheet rock is that it gets dinged and torn up so easy.

I have plans for that. There will be counter on 2 of the 3 walls. Then on half of the car bearing wall (right side) I will have plexie <SP> glass half way up it..

All I need to acquire is some equipment. Band saw, metal cutting stuff, drill press, and such. I blew most of my money on the garage itself. So I’ll have to bargain hunt around.
